Credits, clearly explained.

These rules apply whenever you add or use SpaceMachine Credits.

What Credits are

SpaceMachine Credits are prepaid service units used for paid Web3 Cloud operations. They are not cash, currency, an investment, or a transferable asset. Credits cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for money.

Quotes and checkout

Each checkout shows the payment amount, whole-number Credit grant, selected protection level, estimated monthly cost, estimated runway, tax treatment, and quote expiry. A quote is valid only until its displayed expiry time. Stripe shows applicable tax and the final total before payment.

Adding Credits

Credits are added only after SpaceMachine receives a verified paid event from Stripe. Delayed payments are added only after their later success event. Duplicate or replayed events do not create duplicate Credits.

Using Credits

Credits pay for new paid Web3 Cloud storage work and related maintenance. Verified service activity reduces the account balance. Payment trouble does not delete protected data. An already-authorized paid step finishes or rolls back safely. Account export, local metadata, already-local files, and Common Documents backup and restore remain available. Starting a remote Web3 Cloud restore requires an eligible account with a positive Credit balance.

Refunds

Where a refund is required by law or approved by SpaceMachine, the Credits associated with the refunded amount are reversed. If some of those Credits were already used, future paid storage work may remain paused while the account is reviewed. Contact Support from the website to request help.

Disputes and failed payments

Failed or cancelled payments add no Credits. A payment dispute may place the related Credits and new paid Web3 Cloud operations on hold while the payment provider reviews it. It does not delete protected data. An already-authorized paid step finishes or rolls back safely. Account export, local metadata, already-local files, and Common Documents backup and restore remain available. Starting a remote Web3 Cloud restore requires an eligible account with a positive Credit balance.

External balances

Only Credits authorized by SpaceMachine appear as the customer service balance. Unrelated external value does not create Credits or a managed-service entitlement.

Operator and support

SpaceMachine is operated by Swissline Consulting in Switzerland. Purchase, receipt, refund, privacy, or account questions can be sent through the private support form.
